No. The van carries its own water tank and generator, so we can work in a condo garage, an office car park or a driveway with the tap shut off. If you would rather we used your hose, that is fine too.

An exterior detail is about 90 minutes, a full detail three to four hours, and a ceramic coating is a one or two day job because the paint has to be prepped and the coating has to cure. We give you the real window when we book, not an optimistic one.

No, as long as we can reach the vehicle and you are reachable by phone. Plenty of our work happens while people are at work or asleep after a night shift. For gated communities we need your name at the guardhouse in advance.

This is Florida, so it will. If a storm lands mid-job we wait it out or reschedule at no charge — you are never billed for a job the weather cut short. Covered garages are unaffected, which is why we like them.

Yes. The only things that change a quote are things you tell us about on the call — pet hair, heavy pet or smoke odour, or a vehicle much bigger than described. We would rather have that conversation on the phone than in your driveway.
